Altec s.r.l. gives technical and mechanical assistance to all the models of his machines.
The technical assistance is provide to the customers by phone, by email or visiting the customers plant in very short time.
The warranty included any defect of mechanical, electric and electronic components produced by Altec.
For all the commercial components purchased by Altec there is the warranty of the producer.
Not included in the warranty all the wearing components.
Are also not included in the warranty all the damage during the freight or during the installation.
The warranty is free of charge for you only if the repair will be done in our plant in Brugherio (MI) – Italy.
If the repair will be done in your plant you’ll have to pay the travel and local costs of the technicians.
In case of an incorrect use of the equipment, or in case of a manumission of the equipment, or in case of negligence of the operator, or in case of an incorrect maintenance of the equipment the warranty will be avoid.
Customer’s failure to pay any invoice will void all warranties, expressed or implied, with regard to any equipment or parts listed on that invoice.
In no event shall ALTEC be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages or loss of profit arising out of or related to a defect in the equipment.
