Cantilever pay-off unit with mobile arms

Based on a new, innovative concept: the two arms, each holding a fixed pintle, are joined bya splined shaft allowing their relative dislocation, in order to adapt their distance to the drum width (by an hydraulically operated interposed cylinder). 

The enti re arms block (holding as well the pulley motor) rotates in order to lift-up and -down the bobbin winder under the command of an hydraulic cylinder.
