Double twist buncher

Conceived and manufactured to obtain a long lasting, trouble free, maintenance sparing, effective machine. Supporting frame and bobbin cradle by electrowelded high carbon structural steel sections, thermally stabilized in oven and precision machined.


Rotating bows in carbon fibers or in aluminum alloy, reinforced with steel bands. Haul-off direct or by double capstan within the bow. Pneumatically operated pintles with double, mechanical and electrical, safety lock, to avoid their opening during the run.

Traversing device with wiredistributor allocated on lead screw driven by recirculating balls screw. Traversing width and
deposition lay-length preset by control console. Motorized bobbin loading/unloading devi ce, electromechanically or
hydraulically operated, according to bobbin weight. Command panel fixed on board (or, on request, on external pulpit).
Sound proof guards. Self sustaining structure,not requiring foundations. A compact and reliable machine, of rational
design and sturdy construction, draft for years of troublefree operation: an effective workhorse.
