Single twist bunching machine

The machine is produced either with bobbin support by tailstock (C P) or a overhanging shaft (AS), in models ranging from 630 DIN up to 2000 DIN mm drum diameter.

The machine is built with hardened and stabilized in oven
steel milled sheet, in order to obtain a sturdy and steady structure.

The bobbin loader is driven by a motorized screw jack for models for bobbin diameters exceeding 1000 mm (for inferior diameters, by pneumatic cylinder)

Ali the motors are supported by the machine basement, in order to reduce the overall dimensions and allow easy transport and quick installation, avoiding any re-alignment of the shafts. The machine is supplied complete of anti-noise guards holding the control panel, complete of displays visualizing the values of ali the pre-set and actual machine parameters. A separate electrical panel contains ali the machine drives and the PLC, complete of the command software of the buncher and of its ancillary equipment.
