Horizontal taping machine for spoole

The purpose of this taping machine is to increase the productivity.With one spoole you can replace many pads, so in order to this you’ll have less stop of the line.

The structure is built with hardened and oven-stbilized profile steel.The taping head is built in aluminium alloy in order to reach highest rotating speed, the maximum taping speed is about 1500 rpm.

The tapes you can use with this machine are many, such as mica-glass, polyester, aluminiumpolyester and many others.

The maximum diameter of the wire is 25mm. The spoole dimensions are: hole 76mm, outer diameter 250mm, width 250mm. The main rotaing motor and the capstan motor are brushless type and the pull on the tape is electronically controlled. The taping machine is supplied complete of the electrical cabinet with the drivers of the two brushless motors, the electronic device for the braking system of the tape and the PLC.
