Automatic coilings lines MAT 230

Line feeding either from flyer pay-off or driven pay-off.
Spark tester for insulation control and automatic discarding of the
defective wire coiled. Coillength, height and traversing lay-length pre-set by command pulpit.

Coiling head contracting its diameter to facilitate the expulsion of the wound coil. Automatic cycle of feeding, winding and coil strapping commanded by PLC according to pre-set parameters.

Line to be completed with thermoshrinking oven, automatic boxing, labeling, stacking and palletizing standard units according to Client's requirement. A compact and reliable machine, of rational design and sturdy construction, draft for years of troublefree operation: an effective workhorse.
