Double cantilever take-up

Double take-up with the possibility of automatic cutting and pulling unit

The cantilever take-ups are designed and produced to be very compact and to load bobbins with different diameter and width.

The movements to load and unload the bobbin are controlled by an electro hydraulic pump and cylinders.

The cantilever take-up have two motors, one for the bobbin and one for the traversing group. From the HMI is possible to set the traversing pitch and the traverse limits.

The take-up speed and tension are calculated each time according the product request.

In the double version the wire guide is unique for both winding stands and thanks to the automatic cutting and cable feeding pulling unit it is possible to use it on extrusion lines for sheaths or insulation at low speed.
