Extrusion line for insulation in thermoplastic materials

The insulation lines for thermoplastic materials can be customized according to customer needs. The standard configuration proposed by Altec includes:

- A motorized pay-off stand equipped with a dancer

- An extruder assembly consisting of a main extruder and, if necessary, secondary extruders for co-extrusion, as well as an extrusion head

- A thermoregulated and telescopic cooling tray

- A multi-step cooling tray

- A capstan with belt or a double flywheel, both equipped with a dancer for adjusting the winder

- A double winder that can be fully automatic or semi-automatic
