Vertical rotating pay-offs to reduce the dimension of the installation

The vertical rotating pay-offs are designed to reduce the dimensions of the installation space.

They can be optimized in module of 2, 4 or 6 rotating cradle.

Each module is supplied with an AC motor to rotate the cradle and it is in electrical axis with the stranding machine installed in the line.

The stength control on the cable can be made with different brake system: manual spring with belt, pneumatic or electromagnetical clutch or AC motor controlled in torque or in speed with a dancer.
